This workshop is developed in sessions which include issues related to claims and dispute resolution. Special topic is related to pursuing claims under FIDIC Contracts with regional and international insights.
Some of the highlights of the course can be summarized as follows:
What type of risks can be taken by the Employer or the Contractor in contracts which may rezult in claims by either party;
the interpretation of the clauses that deal with such and other claims; the suitability of the different FIDIC contract documents.
